- Offer a partial service adjustment
- Provide another reasonable remedy
Remedies are determined based on the circumstances of each case.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Clean Stream shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability arising from any service shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
